We will be holding another day with the aim of having some time out from life, moving your body in a different way and practicing being present, all in the lovely setting of the quiet village of Lockton.
We will walk for around 90 minutes on the moors and surrounding trails at a steady pace with stops.
You don’t need to be a yoga guru or fell runner to take part but if you have any questions, please ask. Just 10 spots available!

Description

We will be holding another day with the aim of having some time out from life, moving your body in a different way and practicing being present, all in the lovely setting of the quiet village of Lockton.
The day will take place on Saturday 7th December from 10am-4pm in Lockton village hall. Yoga mats and props will be supplied and you will need to bring your own lunch. Comfy clothing is a must as is something that you can walk in: December could throw any weather at us! We will walk for around 90 minutes on the moors and surrounding trails at a steady pace with stops.
The day will cost £35 per person and you can book your space below or by messaging Kim via Facebook or Instagram. You don’t need to be a yoga guru or fell runner to take part but if you have any questions, please ask. Just 10 spots available!

Additional information

We will be based in a village hall all day, so there will be a fully equipped kitchen and toilets on site. Tea and some light snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch and any other snacks you may need.

There will be a morning of yoga, focusing on basic daily stretching and breathwork, followed by a short break then a sequence focused on standing and balance postures.

After lunch, we will walk out of the village on a roughly 3 mile route, stopping to practice some mindfulness techniques on the way. We will take our time, but you must be ready for some steep hills with potentially muddy terrain. Sensible footwear and clothing is required!

On our return, we will practice some low to the ground yoga that will stretch us off after our walk followed by a Yoga Nidra session to end the day.
