We will be based in a village hall all day, so there will be a fully equipped kitchen and toilets on site. Tea and some light snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch and any other snacks you may need.
There will be a morning of yoga, focusing on basic daily stretching and breathwork, followed by a short break then a sequence focused on standing and balance postures.
After lunch, we will walk out of the village on a roughly 3 mile route, stopping to practice some mindfulness techniques on the way. We will take our time, but you must be ready for some steep hills with potentially muddy terrain. Sensible footwear and clothing is required!
On our return, we will practice some low to the ground yoga that will stretch us off after our walk followed by a Yoga Nidra session to end the day.
