We are really excited about providing training days for people to learn, gain and practice new skills, knowledge and experiences. We aim for the days to be fun and engaging while helping people take leanings away that they can implement, helping to improve and enjoy running.
We have a choice of two separate days, one more specifically designed around trail running, skills and sessions to help, the other for those who would like to move up to or improve upon their longer distance skills, although called an Ultra training day it is also suitable for those who want to progress up to longer trail distances such as marathon
The excellent location and facilities at the Yorkshire cycle hub and surrounding moors make for a perfect venue where we can mix practical training and theory in a comfortable environment, with a cafe on hand to keep us all fed and watered.
